Important Information For Renters

Sign Up For Online Payment & Maintenance Requests

New Free Service Available from May 1st!

We wanted to let you know that you can now pay your rent (and other charges) online directly from your bank account! You can even use the new payment system to view your current/upcoming charges and (once you’ve been using it for a while) your payment history.

But, best of all, this service is FREE – it comes at no additional cost to you!

Consider the following benefits of paying your rent online:

Security – Online payments are more secure than mailing a check. You’ll receive an email
notification when your payment is made that you can keep for your records. You can even sign
up for email reminders that your rent is coming due.

Speed – Online payments post to your account immediately faster than if you mail a check or use an online bill payment service. It’s even faster than dropping a check off at our office.

Convenience – View your charges and make payments online anytime and from anywhere. No more paper checks, envelopes, stamps, or unnecessary “out of your way” trips to our office to drop off a check. You can even set up a recurring payment so your rent is paid automatically – no more worrying about forgetting to pay your rent on time or dealing with late fees!

However, before you can pay your rent online, you’ll have to provide us with your email address. You can provide us with this information in one of two ways:

1) Go to our Contact Us page and fill out the form at the bottom. Please fill out your name, email, and telephone number. Provide us with your address and unit number in the message section. We will send you an email back confirming that you have been registered

2) Stop by your management office and provide your resident manager with your Name, email address, unit #, and telephone number.

We’ll be sending out activation emails beginning May 1st, so keep an eye out on your inbox. The email will contain a link that you’ll need to click on so you can set up your password. Make sure to check your spam folder and/or junk mail filters to ensure you don’t accidentally miss it.

Let us know if you have any questions and thank you for being a valued tenant!
